Drifter Video
June 6, 2007 by tylercaidenso i decided to start a blog to kinda keep up with my sites and what not. right now i have a bunch of ideas up in the air and have been buying dot coms more often than i eat meals… most of my ideas revolve around my own personal interest of course. over the years i have made many sites and really love web design. currently i am very happy working for a large company and handling all of their web and graphic needs.
anyway back to my sites…

Drifter Video is a really fun site. i can’t take much credit for it though like my other sites. i haven’t added much of my personal touch and the code was already written by a friend of mine. he is extremely talented and very smart. he already made a similar site and after seeing it, i asked if he could recreate it with me to appeal to another interest group. once i have time, i will start to change the look and give it that personal touch. i do like his design but personal i feel like it doesn’t really go with the sites topic.
the site is much like youtube.com and it allows you to watch and host videos that are related to drift racing. all of the videos are really good and i hope this site takes off. drift racing is one of my favorite interest. i have a nissan 240sx that im building right now and hopefully there will be a time when im posting my own videos but i have to drive this car everyday so i won’t be tearing it up to much.
drift racing became very popular in japan years ago and the fever struck the U.S. after The Fast and The Furious: Tokyo Drift came out. i spent some time the other day making some post on myspace about my site to some friends with interest in the automotive scene and got a good response. so i atleast think im going in the right direction so far.
ill keep you posted on the changes to www.driftervideo.com.
